Trip To Wales

Sorry everyone, but I’m going on holiday again- this time to Wales on a camping/sight-seeing trip! I’m going on Sunday (not in the morning so I’ll still be able to post then) and coming back in a week! Luckily, I don’t think anything too signifigant is happening on Club Penguin during that time- no parties, new rooms etc. Although the chances are I’ll miss the igloo contest 😦 . Anyway, I might be letting Kimi 07 be a temporary admin- I’m not sure- I’ll think about it! Either that or I’ll just post really late lol! Also I might put a few posts on time… As I say I’ll think about it!

Penguin Mail- A New Feature!

The moderators have announced another of the new features to be added at the end of May! They will be making some big updates to the current postcard system in Club Penguin! These updates will include being able to save postcards sent to you and sending postcards to people when they are not online. I’m also hoping you will be able to make your own postcards from a set of assets and make them about what you want (they’d have to be moderated though- of course!)! That would be soooooooooooooo cool! Also I think you should be able to write letters too (although these would be moderated too- sighs!)! Anyway, there will be more info on this later in the month!

Not Much Posting

Sorry, I won’t be able to post much for the next few days because tomorrow I have an important exam and the day after I have two so I could be revising- also I’m always busy on Thursdays and Fridays anyway so I’ll probably posting a lot at the weekend! So, ya! This is the reason I haven’t updated the music charts this week but everything will be back to normal next week!

‘Bigscreen’ Club Penguin

‘Bigscreen?’ More like small screen! If we want adjustable sized Club Penguin screens, we all go on the swf version, don’t we? Well some genious at the Club Penguin moderators office (note the sarcasm) decided we shouldn’t have that choice anymore- and made all the Club Penguin screens that way! I’m not saying it’s not good to be able to adjust your screen size and still play- in fact it’s quite fun- but they should still have the normal Club Penguin screen except that it can shrink as well just by dragging… I dunno… a little ‘x’ in the corner of the screen! Anyway, the point I’m trying to get through to you (in my rambling way lol), is that the idea of changing all the Club Penguin screens ‘bigscreen’ is a bad one! Although I’m sure we’ll all get used to it, and I know some of you liked the swf more because of that, but I, and I’m sure lots of other people as well, preferred the bigger one that has bigger writing and bigger pictures. Anyway, we’ll all get used to it and then it will be normal CP instead of the old one!

New Features Coming Soon

The third stage of CPIP is going to start soon- the new features! Apparently with the new ‘stronger’ servers they are able to do stuff they couldn’t do before because they can push them harder! The mods have been looking at our ideas for new features on Club Penguin for the past two years and, while also working on the new servers, the team have been working on the features requested the most by the public. Most of the new features should be launched during May, but one will be launched next week- on Tuesday 29th April! Everyone will be able to adjust the size of the screen by adjusting the size of the browser window- a bit like how the current ‘bigscreen’ version of Club Penguin is- except probably better! More on this story as it develops!

ALL MY ITEMS HAVE DISAPPEARED

ALL MY ITEMS ON CLUB PENGUIN HAVE DISAPPEARED! When I came on for the first time after the server upgrade- I found that all my items- clothes, colours, medals and backgrounds all-except the ones I was wearing- had vanished!!!!!! It’s terrible! And now, my colour and the clothes I was wearing have vanished too! I’m dark blue instead of orange! IT’S HORRIBLE! I tried buying something I already had and was able to!!!!!!!!!! (which is not a good thing) I’ve contacted CP and hopefully they’ll fix it soon! This server upgrade has done more harm than good!

The Destroyed Glitch

If you have recently tried using the ‘edit other people’s igloo’ cheat/glitch, then you will have noticed that it no longer works! This is yet another problem with the new edit system. Whilst it does make stuff easier to find in storage, it restricts the fun of those poor non-members, who are unable to edit their own igloo but always had the pleasure of being able to use the ‘edit other people’s igloo’ cheat/glitch. If you want to learn more about this glitch, see my blog’s ‘Club Penguin Glitches’ page, but it no longer works and soon I will probably be removing it from the page.
