Medieval Party (Including Free Item and Party Room)

Well, the Medieval Party is here at last! And those decorations don’t disappoint! They’re everything we expected and more! When I went on I was surprised to find a secret party room- which, I believe, has featured in a party before (Fall Fair maybe? I can’t remember- but I’m sure I remember it (as in the room- not which party it was lol!)!). Here’s a picture of it decked out in Medieval fashion:

The free item is the Squire’s Tunic, which is at the Dock: they seem to be giving a lot of body items away- wonder why?

Also, here are some pictures of some of my favourite decorations in the whole party (including the mine, where the dragon is with it’s switchbox.



These decorations sure are cool! I’m loving this party!

Penguin Mail- A New Feature!

The moderators have announced another of the new features to be added at the end of May! They will be making some big updates to the current postcard system in Club Penguin! These updates will include being able to save postcards sent to you and sending postcards to people when they are not online. I’m also hoping you will be able to make your own postcards from a set of assets and make them about what you want (they’d have to be moderated though- of course!)! That would be soooooooooooooo cool! Also I think you should be able to write letters too (although these would be moderated too- sighs!)! Anyway, there will be more info on this later in the month!

Cool New Clothes & Wigs

The new clothing and wigs catalogues are so cool! There is medieval fashion (including a blacksmith’s apron and dragon costume) and three brand new wigs! I will post the full story with pictures later today or tomorrow- I’m always really busy on Fridays!

New Club Penguin Times

A new issue of the Club Penguin Times came out today. It is issue #133! The top stories are: ‘Boat Sweet Boat,’ which is about Rockhopper’s Quarters; ‘Wig Wearers Wanted,’ which is about the new wig catalogue tomorrow and ‘Rockhopper departs May 5th (which explains itself).’ The other highlights include the new writers contest, a wordsearch and the Forest and Cove in ‘In Focus! Of course, all this is along with the usual: jokes, riddles, questions for aunt arctic… the lot! To read the newspaper without logging into Club Penguin, click here.

Seasonal Businesses Starting Soon

Soon we (me and Kimi 07) will be starting new seasonal businesses throughout the year! This basically means there will be a different businesses (like Bodge Manor) at my igloo each season! This is mainly because of the igloo design changes throughout the year. In some seasons we might have several in a season- and Kimi’s Korner will run all year round (see my ‘Kimi’s Korner’ page)- alternating between weeks of the seasonal businesses at my igloo! This may sound complex- I used a lot of complicated words there- but I hope you understand what I mean! Anyway, here’s the rota for next month will probably be:

May 12th- 14th(Monday to Wednesday- second week in May)- Kimi’s Korner: 10:30am PST
May 19th- 21st (Monday to Wednesday- third week in May)- Bodge Gardens (new- page up soon): 10:30am PST
May 26th-28th (Monday to Wednesday- fourth week in May)- Kimi’s Korner: 10:30am PST

If there are any changes of plan on dates or times, I’ll notify you! When it is exactly decided I will make a page about it! We might include a weekend one too- we don’t know!

Quest For The Golden Puffle Begins

The new stage production came out yesterday. It is Indiana Jones style and is called ‘The Quest For The Golden Puffle.’ Here’s a picture:

 There are loads of cool new clothes and the return of the lasso (they’ve returned quite a lot of old items this month). The new clothes include full Pharaoh getup, two Indiana Jones style explorer outfits and a mummy suit! Here’s my pictures of the new clothes:

Also there is a new switchbox, here’s my usual guide- look to the corresponding numbers for the descriptions:

1. Opens crocodiles’ mouths.

2. Fires snowballs from wall- even if no-one is stood there.

3. The smaller bridge breaks.

4. Sphinx’s mouth falls off.

5. Larger bridge breaks.

6. Penguin comes down the back in a cart.

7. Opens coffin.

8. Turns Golden puffle into sleeping yellow puffle.

Also, there are two sensor pads- one fires snowballs from the wall and one releases a rolling boulder.

New Clothing Catalogue & Migrator Rebuilt

A new clothing catalogue came out today, bringing with it lots of ties, new and old! As well as the ties, there are a lot of other awesome new/old items, including the Rescue Squad outfit in the ‘On The Job’ section! Here are my pictures of the new stuff:

The secret items are the Green Snokel and the red and blue Viking Helmets. Here’s how you can find them:

The Red Viking Helmet can be found by clicking on the Pot ‘O’ Gold in the Saint Patrick’s Day outfit:

Open up the Red Viking Helmet secret three times to get the Blue Viking Helmet.

The Green Snorkel can be found by clicking on the bubble I circled in the picture below:

Also the Migrator is mostly fixed now: you can go on it. The Ship’s Hold is still blocked up and there is a lot of seaweed but that’ll soon be cleared up! Here’s a picture:

New Clothing Catalogue

A new clothing catalogue came out yesterday, and there are some fabulous new items! Here’s a picture of the front cover:

This month the new stuff is: a new admiral jacket, the White Admiral Jacket; a mermaid costume including a coral crown and a pearl necklace; the return of the scuba/diving gear and, in the ‘On the Job’ section, the long anticipated builder’s vest and hard hat.

New Storage Tommorow

Make sure you check out your igloo’s storage tommorow for some big changes! My guess is that these changes will include categorising your furniture into things like seats, surfaces etc. This would certainly help people to find what they wanted more easily! I hope that is what they’ve done! Oh well! We can only wait and see!
