Screenhog on making items

Hey guyz, Blowsight10 again and here are steps and instructions from yours truly, Screenhog, about creating items on Club Penguin and in this case, he is gonna show us the Tuba:

Step 1: Decide. Usually, items are related to what events are happening that month, or where it will be used (like the costumes in the Costume Trunk).

Step 2: Design it. A rough drawing is made of what we think the item should look like.

Step 3: A final drawing is made. This is a clean-up of the rough drawing, with detail, color, and shading added. The icon is also made (this is the drawing of the item that’s in your inventory).

Step 4: The clothing item is then made in 3D.

Cool huh?! I really think this is neat. I would totally want to learn how to create things like this for fun! 😀

What up?

Well, this is just a random post! I’ll have arrived in Wales by now and I hope I’m having a good time! I also hope you’re all be having a good day/week off (at least in Britain it’s a Bank Holiday & Half-term- I don’t know about other parts of the world!). This is a timered post- I won’t be able to get to an Internet Cafe while in Wales so ya- can’t post any news! Only timered posts! Anyway enjoy the rest of your week!

On Holiday

Well, I’m on my way to Wales! This is a short post, because I’m timering it and I have a lot to do! I’m not putting anyone else as admin, so all the news will be posted on Saturday (when I get back) or Sunday. I’m not going to post much for the six days I’m away simply because I can’t predict the future- so I don’t know what’s going on, and because it’s a camping holiday there will be NO Internet Cafes. I hope you are enjoying the current events on Club Penguin!

New Feature Coming Soon- New Log In & Server Selection

The mods have announced another of the new features- a new log in and server selection (I know- quite a mouthful)! Here’s their post about it, from the CPIP blog:

Hello Penguins!

Meeting up with buddies in Club Penguin is really important–I know because it’s something a lot of you say is difficult right now. In fact, it has been on of the top things suggested for improvement from many players! Your feedback on this issue has been a huge help. The team knew right away that one of the first improvements they wanted to work on was to make it easier to find your buddies when logging into Club Penguin.

Some of you had great ideas about making the login function better–a popular one was grouping worlds based on those you visit most often!

That’s part of what the team is working on right now. They are totally rebuilding the way you login to Club Penguin! The new login feature will make it a lot easier to locate your friends online–and the worlds will be grouped in a way that will help you stick with the buddies you play with most often.

The feature is still being worked on and as always, any suggestions or ideas you have will help make Club Penguin even better! So let us know what you think!

1. The Palm Tree can be found by clicking on the ‘P’ at the start of ‘Plants’:

2. Two secret items on one page? I don’t think that’s ever happened before! Anyway, the Coffee Shop Tree can be found by clicking on the Large Houseplant:

3. The Plush Grey Chair can be found by clicking on the green vase:

4. The Inflatable Dragon can be found by clicking on the door of the pink model castle:

5. The Cake can be found by clicking on the sink part of the Kitchen sink (which is in clearance along with all the other kitchen items 😯 ):

New Pin

A new pin came out yesterday! Sorry I didn’t post this yesterday but after I came off after posting about the free item my sisters went on and I couldn’t go back on (if you made any sense of that whatsoever lol!). Anyway, the new pin is the Anvil Pin and is located in the Boiler Room- you have to make it using the Anvil Maker 3000! Here’s a picture:

A New Free Item

A new medieval free item came out today! It’s not a new item- it’s been given away at a Hallowe’en party a year or so ago- have you guessed what it is yet? The Wizard’s Hat! I always loved that hat but up until now I’ve never had it! It’s hidden in the Wizards Tower (the Lighthouse) on the table! When you move your mouse over it it dances around! Here’a pic:

I’ll post about the other new stuff soon- unlike most Fridays this Friday isn’t busy (for me)!
